On a completely different note, pasta is the perfect addition to your little one's menu. Issac is a fan of pasta just like his Mum, so I guess it goes without saying this dish disappeared pretty fast. Of all of Issac's favorites, at the moment, this tops the list.
Creamy Chicken Pasta
Adapted from Homemade Baby Food Recipes
2 skinless chicken thighs (refer Notes)
1 cup homemade or no-salt chicken broth/stock
1 slice whole wheat bread
1/4 cup milk
pinch dried thyme (optional)
1 cup mini pasta shapes
In a small saucepan, simmer the chicken breast and thyme (if using) in the broth until cooked throughout.
Remove the chicken (reserving the broth) and allow to cool a little.
Soak the bread in the milk until softened, then add 1/2 cup of the reserved broth.
Place in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Shred the chicken, then combine with the sauce.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package
instructions until tender, but without adding salt. Toss the cooked pasta with
the sauce and serve warm.
Notes
Since the dark meat of a chicken contains twice as much iron and zinc as the breast and tends to be moister, it's a good idea sometimes to use the thighs instead.

Hey can I give one suggestion.Your blog layout and color schemes looks awesome.
I feel you can make it killer by taking some great pictures of the food
like; http://riascollection.blogspot.in/
Try taking pictures in naural light with good background, say no to flash:). Make the background blur, and only the subject matter in focus.
Coz I feel what you doing is really good, and pictures will make it look delicious and will take to another leve. SO keep going.
Thumbs up.
